Bathroom Renovation

Had a slow leak in a basement bathroom suite that required new shower enclosure, drywall, molding, tile and basic plumbing work. Also had them remove and install proper dryer vents. Pleased that they were able to do the work without my tenant having to move out (worked when he was at work, cleaned up after themselves each day). The shower came out looking even better than expected due to the tiles Bill picked out. Tenant was so pleased, he would buy them drinks.

8 months after, the leak has not reappeared and the grout sealing is holding.

The first 80% of the job was completed very fast (within 2-3 days), but the last 20% spread out over several more days. The last steps took multiple visits - drying out drywall putty before installing the molding and 2 coats of sealer on the grout. I was impressed he did these steps right and did not try to rush it like some other contractors would in order to cut down the number of site visits. He had a crew of 3 people (including himself) working at the beginning of the job, then the short visits he did himself.

Drywall for Lobby Renovation

We live in a 50 year old building and had wood panelling for walls in our lobby. It was in dire need of a reno and the panelling had to go. We found this contractor in the yellow pages. He gave us a very reasonable quote to do the walls and skim the spackled ceiling. The job was clean and complete and he was able to work with our requests. It's nice to find someone who takes pride in their work.

$2,500.00
