WOW - exceptional service! We moved into our new house this Summer and have been undergoing renovations. We hadn't fired up the furnace yet as we knew the air ducts would be full of debris/sawdust/etc. and needed to get them cleaned first. With the change in weather recently our hardwood flooring installers said we had to heat the house as it was affecting the wood/glue for our installation. Sure enough, I turned on the thermostat today - nothing. I found Duct Dudes on HomeStars and called Jason explaining that I urgently needed to heat the house. Although busy all day with calls, Jason called me between jobs and tried to walk me through trouble-shooting the system. As nothing appeared to work, he came over at the end of his day, checked the furnace explaining each item as he went and discovered the problem was just a blown fuse. He instructed me to go and purchase a replacement fuse and asked me to let him know if it worked...then departed without charging me for his time!? As I require duct cleaning and furnace servicing, I won't hesitate to contact Jason...you just don't see this type of service anymore! He genuinely cares about his customers, has a pleasant, positive attitude - he's the best!
