The movers arrived on time but instead of three movers there were four. Having arranged and agreed upon a price ahead of time I figured this was included. I was mistaken. We were charged for the extra help which was supposed to make the move go faster but in the end it took what I thought was too long to get the job done. Moving the contents of my home took a total of ten hours when in previous moves with other companies had taken six. Paying by the hour was a mistake. It seemed the movers were not interested in moving quickly. Of course wrapping the furniture is a welcome bonus but the movers were plastic wrapping every little item and I had to explain to them just to wrap the furniture but I made this correction too late. During the move both from and to the houses the crew had very little knowledge of moving angles and leverage and I had to instruct the proper way to get larger pieces in and out of the houses. In some cases helping them myself to lift and carry items since I couldnt bare to watch the lack of skill. In the end, even with the extra care taken with plastic wrap, there was minor damage to some of my belongings and property. I absolutely do not recommend this company for moving.
