This firm gets top marks professional, expert at what they do, excellent work force, careful handling of property, reasonable cost, timely, responsive this latter was essential, as the legal closing on my new property was plagued with crises, including delays in accessing the key to the home. Toronto Pro company co-owner visited my TO condo in person before providing a detailed estimate. This time around, moving was actually almost a pleasure thanks to Toronto Pro!

I have used Toronto Pro moving for various moves between cities in the last 5 years. Their trucks and materials are always clean and new and they always wrap all of my furniture to ensure good delivery. Their crews are always polite and work very hard to ensure that everything is placed in the correct room. Beds are disassembled and assembled, everything is unwrapped and they always ask to see if it is going alright. Their crews are well-trained, smart and I have trusted them in my homes and have never had an issue at all. I could not recommend this group more highly-

This is the second move we've done with Toronto Pro Moving which should tell you something. We hired them to pack us up and to do the move. Their packers were extremely careful and everything arrived undamaged. When the move went long (we had a lot of stuff), they brought in more help to assist. They even carefully placed our rugs and levelled our refrigerator. All in all, an excellent experience.

Arrived on time and worked very efficiently. Kept me well informed and were careful with my belongings. Very reliable and I felt the service was good value. Great team to do your moving.

The movers arrived on time but instead of three movers there were four. Having arranged and agreed upon a price ahead of time I figured this was included. I was mistaken. We were charged for the extra help which was supposed to make the move go faster but in the end it took what I thought was too long to get the job done. Moving the contents of my home took a total of ten hours when in previous moves with other companies had taken six. Paying by the hour was a mistake. It seemed the movers were not interested in moving quickly. Of course wrapping the furniture is a welcome bonus but the movers were plastic wrapping every little item and I had to explain to them just to wrap the furniture but I made this correction too late. During the move both from and to the houses the crew had very little knowledge of moving angles and leverage and I had to instruct the proper way to get larger pieces in and out of the houses. In some cases helping them myself to lift and carry items since I couldnt bare to watch the lack of skill. In the end, even with the extra care taken with plastic wrap, there was minor damage to some of my belongings and property. I absolutely do not recommend this company for moving.

Transporting to the new location. Big armoires could not be fitted thru the door.
The company performed a Great job dismantling the armoirs at their own facility and transporting them back to my new place and reassembling them.
Ery hard job but the company did it successfully.
Very professional, fast and assembled in perfect condition.
I am very, very happy with their work and I would recommend this company to anybody who need such services.

I put out a service request to move some of my furniture in Whitby to my daughter who lives in Gatineau. Given the distance I wanted a flat rate and most places were charging by the hour. To my rescue came Toronto Pro Moving and Storage and Nancy! Super helpful and answered all my many questions and emails quickly. The moving guys called and asked if they could pick up the furniture the day before the scheduled move which was perfect for me! They came and did the move quickly and professionally. They kept in my the loop and then contacted my daughter and got her the furniture in the time specified. Would 100% recommend this company and plan to use in the future.
