Dave Colier and his team from Prep N Sell, did a fantastic job,of renovating my home.We had complete overhaul, floors,walls, doors, baseboards, new kitchen and painting.I was extremely pleased with the guys who did the work, very friendly and helpful and efficient .Great job.

The work started out well but then they changed the sub-contractor and the quality of the work was awful. Also they wanted to be paid for work that wasn't completed with no back up invoices. These is not a trustworthy

Home Reno Project

General Contractors review in Old Toronto

I hired Prep N Sell to do a home reno last year. It started out well but then one of their subcontractors did a sloppy job, in my opinion. I went back and forth a few times with David and got some things fixed but some things he wouldn't budge on.

Edit: I didn't change my mind about anything. You really want to have a public debate with pictures and testimony from other contractors? Your project manager was awful and one of your workers who still works for you made big mistakes. Changing my review to a zero.

Company Response: These clients kept changing their minds and we did our best to satisfy them. We also had a Project Manager who is no longer with us. We have countless satisfied clients that love our professional work.
