My bathroom's corner seal is peeling off send him a picture. He just said ok, that was about 3 month after her did the job. Its now about 8 months has not heard back from him. Now the bath drain is not draining properly so we have to find someone else to fix that.

This contractor was unable to provide trades on a daily basis to complete the project. He incessantly begged for more money to be paid in advance of work actually being completed & left the job being overpaid by more than $5k. He has a tendency to lose his temper while using very unprofessional language. New contractors had to be hired to complete the work. Tenant move in date had to be pushed back.
