Alberta Furnace Cleaning (Calgary)

Have been using Ab Home Services since 2004.
Always pleased with their work will continue to use them.

The person was was cutting duct was in training; when standing right be side the trainee and gave zero instruction to trainee on using tin snips to cut ducting. That cut was like a 10 year was practicing. The patches they punt a patch to cover the mess up. The cleaning report as incorrect and still has not been sect to me. The metal tape was not used the ways the pros do and they leak reseal all flanges. Trainer should correct their trainee when this happens and show him the right way to proceed. I still have not received the corrected cleaning report or a return call form customer service .So you know 3 neighbors asked what the answer was

Technicians were friendly. Explained the work to be done. Gave suggestions as to how to keep the furnance in a healthy condition. Happy with the service.
Suggest vacuum up dust particles around the vent and cover first before blowing it. Blowing it caused the dust to fly all over the house. Plenty of effort to clean it up after that.

Excellent service and usefull process tips for future maintenance. Efficient use of their and my time. Very knowledgeable on my 20 year furnace.

I had Deanna and her partner clean my furnace ducts, vacuflo and dryer vents today. They went thru everything prior to starting and where very thorough and did a wonderful job.
