Alberta Carpet Cleaning (Calgary)

Many spots left on the carpet that I went over with my own carpet cleaner and they came up no problem so really wondering how thorough they were if I got them up no problem with a Hoover. When called about this they sent a technician who came in with a spray bottle as opposed to the machine to go over the missed spots but at this point I just wanted him out of my house since a spray bottle and rag wasnt really going to fix the areas I had concern with. The person was quite dismissive when I showed his the areas I wasnt happy with.
