An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
"I hired Malcolm (Skip) McGrath to design and build a custom wall unit for my living room to house new audio/video equipment. My home is an older one so it was important to match the tyle, proportion and colour of existing wood work and trim. Skip guided me through the design process, with innovative ideas and creative suggestions for size, colour and style. He always provided me with various options and had many samples of woodwork and hardware for me to look over. He was thorough in discussing them with me. His work was done on time and very professionally. The end result was beautiful and looked better than I had imagined it would be !
