An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I would like to express my appreciation for the fine job you did renovating our showroom/office on Lake Shore Boulevard. The workmanship was of the highest quality, on time and within the estimate you provided. The site was left very clean and all waste materials removed. I would have no hesitation in recommending you for other work. Finding a contractor that you can trust to get the job done on time with the attention to detail you showed is a very rare thing these days. Thanks again to all your employees for their dedication to our project.
