had a problem with my powerhead (the cord connection had been compromised) which was addressed by management promptly and to my satisfaction. I was offered a solution to prevent this issue from re-occurring in the future as well.
Avoid at all cost
I bought a power head from them and the electric cord broke (the power head would only work if I held the power cord in a certain position). I drove over 1 hour to get it to their office they took it in for inspection and a week later they called me and said the motor is dead and the power head is not salvageable! their solution for me was to buy a new one at a discounted price! I knew what the problem was going in to their office, all I wanted was for them to change the cord. I don't know what damage they did to the power head but whatever they did put me in a situation where I'd be forced to buy a new one from them
They may be very nice to you when you first buy from them but good luck with after sale customer service!
