Simjap is a service I have called on 3 occasions. On all thrree occasions I was satisfied.
We had a leak in the basement ceiling and I believed the pipes were leaking. Simjap does charge for a housecall - but he spent over an hour testing where the leak was coming from. What he surmised was that there was no leak from the pipes but there was a leak from the kitchen floor. I was really surprised at this conclusion. I did remember that over a month ago there was a water spill on the kitchen floor & water had probably seeped into the basement ceiling. He said it can take weeks for water to slowly go thru' in-between the floors & hence the ceiling wall of the basement was showing discoloration & a few drops were on the basement floor.
We did not have to open the walls that day & the problem corrected itself & the wall dried out evntually.
I was impressed & would recommend him to my friends.
