Windows & Doors Installation & Service review in

Terrible product. New home in 2011. 7 windows with broken seals replaced in 2015. 18 additional windows identified as defective in 2017. Grandor says they are out of warranty, nothing they can do for us. I would have expected more from a reputable company.

Grandor Lumber Inc. has closed its windows and exterior doors division but has taken appropriate steps to continue warranty service of these
products. Unfortunately, as you have correctly stated, our records indicate that your windows' warranty has expired.There are other reputable windows suppliers in the Ottawa area who will be happy to step-in and assist you with your needs going forward.
