If I had found Brent months earlier, my huge renovation job would have cost me a lot less and been done quicker. Brent could have done a lot of the work that my contractor was doing as a favour to me but charging his rates ( I understood and accepted that).
I have full confidence I will be using this company a lot moving forward. I was also impressed with the professionalism Brent showed me.

Have you ever wanted to tear your hair out as a result of frustration because no business wants to respond to a small job!! Well, this is exactly how I felt on a Sunday morning in July. It was HOT out, it was a SUNDAY!! Who would want to take a look a my leaking faucet which was causing me much anxiety because I had called all over looking for someone who would tackle a small job.
My prayers were answered when I searched and found Brent Martin on the internet. I sent him a message on Sunday morning and he was at my place Sunday afternoon, tools in hand. He efficiently installed a couple of washers, turned down the temperature on my hot water heater and explained very politely how the whole system worked.
I now have the use of my shower, hot water that doesn't scald and some knowledge of a hot water heater and how it shuts off and on.
Thank you Brent for a wonderful job and the patience to deal with a female senior who just recently is on her own.

The goal for Beacon Service Solutions is to ``exceed your expectations`` and they certainly delivered on that. I had an idea of what I wanted in my bathroom renovation and Brent was ever so helpful in his ideas and suggestions. As I was out of town during much of the renovation he sent pictures to keep me updated. When some of my original ideas were not going to work as well as I thought they might (i.e. size of medicine cabinet) he let me know and consulted with me instead of just proceeding. He then allowed me an opportunity to make different decisions which were much more in keeping with the overall design. The outcome was exceptional and the experience highly professional.

Everyone who has seen the completed bathroom is immediately impressed not only by the end result but by the attention to details. I have used other companies for work in the past and have never had the positive experience and exceptional workmanship that I had for this renovation.

I highly recommend Brent for any of your renovation needs. I have rated the work as 10 – wish I could give it higher. But be warned – when he finishes one area of work, you will want to have him do more. Now I have all kinds of other ideas – and Brent will certainly be the only one I will call

I am extremely pleased with Brent's creative solutions to my shelving needs, electrical needs, washroom and kitchen updates and even building and refinishing furniture. He finished all jobs with great attention to detail and was meticulous in his work. Brent has a keen sense of style and has offered many ideas to further update my home including outdoor gardens. I can not say enough... I was comfortable and happy with the respectful and professional way he conducted himself while in and around my home. He was there when he said he would be and I never felt my privacy was compromised. He worked tirelessly until the job was done, and the incredible attention to detail was simply masterful, you cannot tell that my original baseboard in my Century home was ever damaged much less chopped up and replaced... you can't even see it!!
The job was done in a timely fashion and I was pleasantly surprised with the final bill. I thought it would be higher.

Not only was the work done very well, it was reasonalby priced. I was also pleased with the cost savings advise and various options presented to me when I was researching how best to get the work done. Curtious and professional service was very obvious and a welcome change from other services I had used before. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

They show up on time, give accurate quotes, do a professional job and have plenty of experience. They built a beautiful deck, installed chandeliers, hung a TV, fixed toilets, installed baby gates, fixed showers, stairs, hot water heater, etc. A few things I thought were going to be quite expensive but they fixed for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this company as they do quality, honest work.
