Brady's Pool & Spa Care

In the 20-plus years of owning our pool, we've used several pool maintenance companies. We were referred to Brady's about five years ago and we will not be looking for anyone else!
Their service, professionalism and attitude are by far superior to those of anyone we have tried before. Brady himself can and will diagnose problems over the phone and he has twice saved us costly service calls by simply telling me what the problem was and what to do to correct it. We needed a new liner and steps refinishing last year and this was accomplished on time and on budget.

I have been a customer of Brady's Pool & Spa since 2005 - and have always had excellent service. They are polite, responsive and professional. If you want to make the most of our too-short summer and be sure that your pool is in top condition for the season, I recommend Brady's very highly.

I decided to call Brady's after some bad experiences with other businesses. Brady's staff was very accommodating, and extremely professional. They do not subcontract out which means they take more pride and care in their work. I could not ask for better attention to my yard with his team, they know what they are doing, do not play around, but do not rush. They make sure the job is done right and explained many steps to me as they were working. I will use them again....maybe some things are more expensive....but piece of mind, customer service and experience are worth every single penny!!

Over the summer (in the heat of summer), we were purchasing a home with a pool and desperately required a pool inspection. Obviously, the timing was terrible as everyone was having their pools maintained/opened/etc... We called Brady's and while it isn't a service they provide, they were able to refer us to people who could help us. They went out of their way to look into this for us and get back to us at the peak of their busy season. Impressive.
We ended up purchasing the house with the pool and were told by everyone to just bring in water samples to Brady's and they'd help us out. So we did. And wow - did they ever. The moment we'd set foot with our water sample, a little team would analyze it while helping us & asking us or answering questions we had about the pool - absolutely free. Yes, their products are definitely more expensive than shopping at Costco or Canadian Tire, but the personalized and friendly service make it worthwhile. Especially for new and inexperienced pool owners like us. And even more when we went away for a couple weeks and our housesitter forgot to maintain the pool... aaak! Algae! Thankfully with their advice and guidance, the problem was quickly resolved. We appreciated that they didn't push us to buy anything during our visits but were so very helpful. I'd definitely recommend Brady's!
