Cw Piano Movers

The moving was OK on April 05 , and they were starving for the money after they fined the job. They collected the money including the HST and promised me a invoice in several days. And now, almost one month past, they haven't sent the invoice and using various excuses. Never ever use their service.

We called Cw Piano Movers some time ago to move our 10 years old piano into our new house. We were very satisfied by their service. Francisco was very friendly and his team did job in very professional manner. I would recommend this company ! Thanks again.

CW broke my piano, have not repaired it, have not communicated with me about trying to repair it, and seem generally incompetent to accomplish anything related to the business of moving pianos. Never, ever use them for anything.

I will never trust CW with a piano move again. My grand piano was scheduled to be moved during the morning, and after checking with them a few times times throughout the day with no response, they told me by late that evening the pickup would not happen. We then were guaranteed an 8am pick up the next morning, and they showed up an hour and a half late. They are clearly unorganized with terrible service and communication. Although the movers are good at what they do, I will never trust the company with my piano again. As a professional pianist, this is a service I take very seriously.

Didn't arrive on time. Receptionist couldn't manage the issue. promised to call back several times, but didn't. Tried to make her problems my problem. Go anywhere else, even Kijiji. CW piano movers are unreliable, unapologetic, unaware and unskilled.

Francisco and two others (didn't get their names) were very patient and detailed when moving my piano, especially up the stairs to the second floor. They were efficient and set everything up within 20 minutes. I would highly recommend them.

I had a terrible experience with this moving company. It first started ok when setting up an appointment. The lady on the phone quoted $300 since I told her the number of steps I have at my new and old house. On the day of the appointment, 2 movers show up, they took a look at my place and they said they would need 3 movers. Therefore, they needed to reschedule. I was annoyed but I didn't want to hurt the movers or my piano so I agreed to reschedule. On the day of the second appointment, they called me to change the time since our appointment time was at rush hour. I said, no, we cannot change the time because no one else would be home to open the door for them at another time. So they agreed to come at the agreed time. Afterwards, when they took the piano, I did not hear from them for 1 hour. Nor did my piano show up at my new house. So I called them and they said my piano will not be delivered to my new house that day due to traffic. They did not state this in the first place. I did not agree for it to be not delivered to my house that day. They said they will keep it in a dedicated piano storage area, however, how am I suppose to trust them? When I told them I would rather have it back at my old house, they told me they will deliver it. When my piano arrived at my new house, they have scratched my piano at two parts. Which, they were very fast to deny the damage. I was so angry at this point. And then, they wanted $375 + tax for the move. I refused to pay at this point since they damaged my piano and wanted more than what I was quoted (its not like the number of stairs changed). They called their "boss" and he said he would call someone to fix up my scratches. Guess what, it is more than 3+ months later, and no one ever called to come fix the scratches.
Please, if you are looking to move your piano, do not go with this company. You have been warned.

Given a window of 8:30 - 11:30. Didn't show up until 1 pm. Calls to "Cindy" went unanswered, and she doesn't bother to set up her vm. She called me at 2 pm, and went on to tell me that they need to set up there day to make sure they are not criss-crossing the city. That is fine, but once you make your plan why not contact your customer and let them know. Cindy doesn't care to hear any of this, that is their policy. She is not concerned with any of your problems. I think for the price, they could have someone answer the phone and update you on when they will be arriving.
The movers acted professional and worked quickly once they arrived. But don't expect any customer service. They will get to you when they get to you. We have another piano at another location to move, and we certainly won't be calling CW Piano movers.

These guys did an awesome job! There were quite a few steps, and they did it without a problem. They looked like they didn't even break a sweat. They also had a great disposition and attitude! I would recommend them in a heartbeat! I wish I had known about these guys the last time we moved our piano. They gave us a window of 9am-1pm, but were at our place before 10am. I didn't have to pay for this move because I was trading in my upright shiny acoustic piano for an electric piano, and the exchange covered the cost of moving the piano.
