Beata did a mediocre job on our house, given the time paid for and amount of workers there--missing the entire basement and visible places around the house. Following our interaction after the service she began harassing and making externally rude altercations such as calling my father "satan" and using completely inappropriate language via text. So completely unprofessional, I will never use this company, nor will I ever recommend her service to ANYONE. BEWARE OF BEATA.

We always aim to make the clients experience stress free and pleasurable. This was my intention in this case as well. Unfortunately, the client looked passed thorough my intentions. There is no point of elaborate re: "he said" , "I said", It was obvious comunication problem regarding what the client expected, and what was reasonable IN THIS PARTICULAR CIRCUMSTANCE. The client, did not pay in full, as when the argument started, I informed him, that I do not want to argue and he can keep the monies. I also informed him, that I do not want him to text me, as it was Dec 23rd and I was looking for a "MERRY XMAS" He kept texting and calling to argue his point of view well up to late evening. Next day his spouse was calling.
I am very respectful, considerate, and accommodating, I look forward to my clients behaving in the same manner. However, I have 0 tolerance for bullies.
