From my initial phone call, Tony responded the same day. During our initial consultation, Tony took the time to explain to us our options and to educate us on the process. His approach was consultative - not high pressure sales. When he arrived at my home to complete the installation, he was very conscientious to keep the surrounding area protected. Tony and his team took great pride in the installation - settling only for perfection. The installation was flawless and of the highest quality. Tony responded to my initial phone call almost immediately and followed up with a visit and estimate within a few days. The work was completed yesterday and I couldn't be more pleased. He recommended the perfect colour for the patio doors and ensured that they fit perfectly. A pane of the new window broke inadvertently and Tony immediately went to the nearest glass store to obtain a replacement so that all the work could be completed on the same day. This is one of the advantages to there being no middle man. Tony is the company.

Tony is fantastic. He did a great job - on time and as per estimate. He sealed a large picture window that was leaking. Another company had done work on the same problem and did not solve the issue and would not stand behind their work. Tony not only guarantees his work , he follows up to ensure everything is OK. Would highly recommend him.

Contacted Tony based on this site review, Tony is a great communicator and any least concern he is willing and ready to answer your questions. Came on site for the estimate and i went ahead with a very small deposit to see his reaction and his attitude was amazing. He showed up for installation and completed it in one day(Oct 20 2012). he left the house very clean and did not leave any messed behind. I already have his card to use him again... Thank Tony.. We had a small job that needed to be done before the cold season. Tony, the owner, was quick to get back to us, clear about the work that needed to be done, and scheduled and completed it within a week. The result is great and Tony was courteous to deal with. Very affordable too.
