It was an absolute pleasure to work with Tony. During the process we had a number of questions and Tony was quick to respond and provide answers that would help us make the best decisions for our windows and sliding door. Tony was also willing to revisit the site to make any changes or do any additional measurements. During the installation he explained the process and paid close attention to detail. We are very happy with the finished product. Tony also took pride in the way he finished the work around the sliding door and each of the windows.

The service that Tony offers is absolutely amazing. From beginning to end, Tony was reliable, communicative, friendly, outgoing and filled with ideas and different perspectives. Tony would give his opinion of which windows should be installed, whether it be sliding, single casement or double casement, and he'd list the pros and cons with all types. He also let me know when the windows were ordered, gave me a weeks notice of when the windows would be ready, called me when the windows were finished and called me saying when he'd be able to begin installation of the windows. I was never left waiting or wondering what was happening during the process. I'm extremely happy with the work that Tony did, he and his work is as professional as I could have hoped for. He did brick-to-brick installation for all windows in the house but my favourite is the 16.5ft living room window as well as the beautiful 8ft front door with an amazing transom and two sidelites.

Tony was very knowledgeable about what we needed to replace, he came over to do the measurements and was on time with the installation. We contacted a number of window companies, the first one arrived 45 minutes late without calling. The 2nd company never returned out call. ALB Vision, Tony called us back right away, arrived early for the quote and spent a lot of time with us explaining options, installation dates, costing etc. We decided to go with Tony because of his personal approach. He ordered the windows (3) which arrived 2 weeks early, he worked with our schedule to get them installed fast and before the snow, they again arrived early and completed the work cleanly and we love our new windows. We only installed 3 windows because of budget and will be having Tony and his team back in the spring.

Tony did an excellent job replacing several windows. He was well knowledge about what would work best for each window and was extremely efficient with the installation! Not only do we think the front of our house looks well polished but we have received many compliments on our beautiful windows!
