The worst company ever .very rude customer service .please mercy and forgiveness .more than 7 false alarms only during the last 6 months .being a 10 years loyal customer I phoned them to find a solution after a long half an hour discussion .they recommend for me changing the system to a wireless system and I have to sign for a new contract for another 3 years .they are like a tumour they start small and they get bigger and bigger by time .the worst company I had ever delt with ......so disappointed by your customer service service ....please hire more womens...
