Poor service - do not recommend

We have had Alarmforce then Bell Smart Home service for almost two years now.
Their online portal only stores your data for 60 days. If you want to retrieve YOUR information from further back, you need a court order. Bell keeps YOUR information and uses it for its on purposes, but wont give it to YOU (without court order).
This is not how progressive and responsible companies operate, particularly around their customers' own data. I would not recommend this company.
