Ari Levstein came quickly to our house in response to a call about a very leaky shower faucet after I attempted (and botched) a self-repair. He understood that it was an emergency call, as we had to turn off our water to avoid a major leak. Even with our water on, our only shower was inoperational.
Ari was quick, friendly and affordable. He explained all of the work he was doing. He needed to order a part and come back a second time and kept us informed and updated in the interim.
I would definitely use Levstein & Stern again.
