He knew what to do, communicated what and how it should be done and confirmed with me. the mildewed grout and silicone, sticky shower door, stained and dull marble were all fixed to perfection and 20 years of use disappeared as the bathroom looks new again. Ramiro's price was transparent, reasonable with no surprise add-ons. highly recommend Ramiro for tile restoration.
