TiGro restoration did fantastic on our bathroom and kitchen tile and grouting. Ramiro and Roland were a pleasure to work with. They worked tirelessly until the job was done and I was thrilled that our old, quality tile looked brand new! I would highly recommend them to work on cleaning and/or replacing grout in your bathroom and/or kitchen.

The "weak" link in an older home that we were selling was the ensuite shower. It contained traces of mold, blackened silicone and grout lines, gray from soaps and whatever. Ramiro and his team rejuvinated the shower way beyond what I had expected. They went over the top in service. They did the toilet, vanity and floor while they were at it. I have passed his name on to the 90 sales reps in my office. Highly recommend them

This is an exceptional Company in every respect. Don't hesitate, for one moment, to call them. I'm sorry there are only 10 stars on the satisfaction chart because they far exceed that rating. We just put in a new expensive kitchen & the entire project was ruined by a severely botched grout job adjoining the kitchen counters. Many of these tiles were small: 1" x 3".Ramiro & his assistant, Harold, worked tirelessly hand scraping out the old grout, replacing some of the tiles that had previously been chipped, & regrouting with Quartz Lock. From the moment I contacted Ramiro until the completion of the job, I was met with complete professionalism & competency. He was always accessible, called when he said he would, showed up when he said he would & priced the job estimate accurately. Most importantly, he did what he said he would do. Another thing, which relates to integrity, Ramerio will not bump you out of line for another customer. Your request for work comes in a certain order - the order as received - & he respects that order. He tells you when he can get to you & that's when he will get to you. Ramiro is unbelievably professional and very thorough -- I had lost faith in ever finding a good tradesperson and along comes Ramiro to restore not only my faith in the industry, but brought my porcelain tiles back to life. I'm in the process of listing my house and really wanted my floors to sparkle and sparkle they do. Thank you Ramiro and company - you have a satisfied customer for life in me.

Christmas came early this year when Ramiro arrived to clean my kitchen and bathroom tiles. When I came down to see the completed job I thought someone had just bought me a new floor and bathroom! I never imagined that anyone could perform such a miracle. As well, Ramiro showed initiative and pointed out some work that was required and was willing to take it on then and there. A great start for 2014!

Our shower grout was discolored and would no longer come clean. Wow were we lucky to find Tigro Restoration! From the start Ronald and Ramiro were fantastic. Showed up on time,even calling to confirm in advance. They are meticulous, so clean. They have all the equipment to do the job properly.Their work surpassed what we expected.They provided a fantastic service for a fair value.Our 17 year old shower is like new.
I would highly recommend them and definitely use their services again.

Ramiros and Ronald did an unbelievable job repairing and cleaning my kitchen and washroom grout , which was chipped and was caked in 15 years of black grease stains. Now the grout and tile looks brand new. I work with different contractors daily but have never seen anyone who are as hard-working and perfectionalist as Ramiros and Ronald. They check their work over and over again to make sure that it is as perfect as can possibly be. They also re-chaulked some kitchen tiles and new chaulking was impeccable...completely straight without even the slightest detectable imperfection. They treated my home as if it was their own and care they displayed was top-notch.

Ramiro did a wonderful job restoring my shower back to looking brand new. A very thorough job of grout and tile cleaning was done. I am very happy with the results.
