Tree removal and arborist report
We hired Tree doctor to give us an arborist report and to remove an oak tree. There arborist told us it should definitely be removed and there would not be a problem getting a permit. They needed a 10 percent deposit and they will handle getting the permit. Months later the permit is rejected and the arborist has quit. The office personal told us not to worry they would send another. They did not appear at the hearing. And after repeated phone calls they finally said it's out of there hands. They kept the deposit and provided none of the service they had promised. I would never recommend this company in the future.
