A relatively young crew sent to work on a massive 200 year old tree. Good guys but just couldn't finish the job. Quoted work was not done due to the size of the tree. Many dead branches left on the tree.
I called Tree Doctors and explained my unhappiness but surprisingly, never heard back from anyone although was told I should expect a call. Just tonight a large dead branch fell down onto my deck......!
