For me, it was really easy to deal with these guys. Estimate was done within a few days and got scheduled right away. Derek and his crew came around 9am. The whole tree was on the ground by midday and everything was completely done by the late afternoon. Stump was removed a few days later by another crew. Pain free tree removal. Good job!

My experience with the company started with a scheduled appointment with the estimator. The arborist who came over for the appointment was very professional and knowledgeable. Everything was explained to us upfront, including the price for service. We trusted the company and very happy with our decision. The crew should up on time and and did a very professional job! The price was very reasonable compare to other quotes that we had.

A massive limb snapped off a few days ago and was stuck in the tree. The estimator showed up the same day and managed to organize everything right away.
The job was done the following morning. These guys were very efficient for us and it was very easy to deal with them.

We hired Tree doctor to give us an arborist report and to remove an oak tree. There arborist told us it should definitely be removed and there would not be a problem getting a permit. They needed a 10 percent deposit and they will handle getting the permit. Months later the permit is rejected and the arborist has quit. The office personal told us not to worry they would send another. They did not appear at the hearing. And after repeated phone calls they finally said it's out of there hands. They kept the deposit and provided none of the service they had promised. I would never recommend this company in the future.
