My Microsoft Surface Pro touch screen and track pad were malfunctioning and not allowing me access to complete my work. I was in a bit of a panic and called Lucas. He arranged for me to drop off my computer at his shop within minutes. 2 hours later, his tech. Thomas fix my computer and I was back in business. Thomas gave me some additional helpful tips to protect my documents and gain better access. No extra charge and the work was a very fair price. Reminded me of good old fashioned service. The way things used to be!

Highly recommend. I recently set up a law firm, and was having challenges with setting up a business-grade IT system myself. Within 2 days, Lukas set up a lap top with dual screens, keyboard and a docking station, plus added all my desired licences. Yaro came in person, personalized the set-up (including pairing to printers, headset, etc.) and troubleshot a number of issues. Responsive, excellent service, at a reasonable price.
