Amin came to fix my dryer almost immediately after I called. He found out why my dryer did not spin and fixed the problem by lining up the drum to the shaft at the back. He also found a cell phone (not mine) by the blower area and identified the source is from the vent outside my townhouse unit. He wrote a report and recommended the vent to be securely covered to prevent outside objects from entering my dryer. He's efficient, knowledable and wasted no time.
