Newtech Appliance Repair & Refrigeration

I called Newtech on a Sunday to get my washer fixed (it wasn't an emergency - just wanted to schedule something). Was pleased that the phone was answered by someone other than an answering service. Very professional and polite. Let me know who the technician was that would be helping me and that he would call on Monday. He did and was very prompt and polite. Arrived when he said he would - very knowledgeable and friendly. Washer fixed - he showed me the problem. I am very pleased and will absolutely use again. Thanks Hassan!
