My gas oven wasn't heating up. Had a technician came in 3 separate times during a course of 3 weeks, charged me $120 cash up front and still couln't figure out what the issue was. Left them a message, got a call back from Amin the owner within 30 seconds and appointment was set the following day at 9am on a Saturday and he mentioned he would fix it personally! He is very professional and polite, he was 30 mins ahead of schedule, called 15 mins before he arrived. He is very knowledgeable, diagnoised the issue within 5 mins, went to his van, got the neMyw parts and fixed it in one visitation! His diagnostic fee is the least expensive compare to what the other companies are charging. His level of professionalism, knowledge, service and 10 years of experience surpass what he charges! Very honest, no hidden cost or fees - he charges what he quotes! Newtech is for sure my Number One guy to call for appliance repair!
