I was very impressed with Amir as he came in to fix a wall mounted Dryer and he and his apprentice did a wonderful job as I was going to go and buy a new dryer but the dryer I needed was on Back order until April so I called Amir and I am glad I did he saved me money and I didnt need a new dryer.

Called Amin on two occasions, he was at my place the same day. Very friendly and knowledgable. Only needed diagnostics both times but if I need anything repaired would call Amin again.

Called Amin on Friday and by the following Monday morning my gas oven was working. Amin came with the part and installed it. Easy as pie. Professional work, quote up front and no surprises.

I called Amin to fix my fridge and in less than 2 hours he came and fix the problems in an hour or less. Very friendly, professional and knowledgable plus his assistant and at reasonable fee. Excellent service, highly recommended.

I had a very bad experience with another appliance repair co in Poco. They visited 3 times, made the broken appliances worse than they were when I first called and charged me $500. After months of calling and no return calls I called Amin at Newtech. He came two days later on time, repaired 4 appliances left damaged by the other company in an hour and a half and then he only charged me half of what the other company charged. I highly recommend Amin and Newtech Appliance Repair. He not only fixed two fridges, a stove and a dishwasher he explained what he was doing and what was wrong. I spent all this time without working appliances and thanks to Amin all my appliances work great. I will always call Amin if I have any problems with any other appliances because I trust him and Newtech Appliance Repair.

Newtech came on time, Hassan diagnosed problem within 5 minutes although the noise could have come from many sources, and then removed and fixed pump from below, in place, in order to protect our new floor and walls. Charge was very reasonable and the knowledge of the Kenmore product and efficiency of the repair process was great. Highly recommended!

Within 30 minutes of calling, they came and and looked at my refrigerator. They diagnosed the problem, had the part and repaired it in 30 minutes. They were very courteous, and I would definitely call them again.

Our oven door locked and stopped working after self cleaning.I called Newtech on Thursday,I was booked for Friday. Amin identified the problem quickly and fixed it,along with advice for next time. The service was prompt professional and local. Highly recommend.

I called Newtech because my new Maytag washing machine was leaking. Amin came within an hour of my call and found the problem immediately. He fixed the leak within 30 minutes and charged me a very reasonable rate.
