I Have had them out twice, once for the fridge and once for the washing machine. He came quickly both times when called and repaired the problems within a short period of time. Very friendly and efficient.

This is the second time I have had the same technician out- first for my oven, and secondly for my fridge. Both times, Amir came when he said he would, called 20 minutes ahead, and then five minutes before he arrived. I found Amir to be pleasant, and very quick in diagnosing and fixing the problem. I definitely will call him again. We were very pleased with the service.

After calls dropped off from Sears repair in Manila. Checked internet for local service tech and called Newtech in Coquitlam regarding Kenmore fridge. Amin was in the area and was able to arrive and repair within few hours.
Price reasonable with quality work!

Within a short while of posting my Homestar inquiry online to Newtech Appliance Repair, I was called back by Amin to arrange a service call for my 7-y.o. Maytag dishwasher. Once here, he provided courteous and professional service in clearing my dishwasher’s internal parts of the clogged food, toothpicks & even broken glass that caused it to run for hours before being finished. (The clogged food caused the auto-clean sensor to get confused!). Now the dishwasher does its job in the allotted cycle time as he pointed out in my owner’s manual for normal washes. Amin also explained that the burned out LEDs on the top front control panel were probably caused by moisture coming from the edge of the counter where a dish drying rack could drip water onto the dishwasher control panel. He said that unless I wanted *every* LED to work again, then I could get the control panel replaced, but probably not worth the replacement cost since the Normal Wash cycle works with the auto-clean sensor. It is this type of technical expertise that I appreciate so much that I will recommend New Appliance Repair services to other townhouse residents where I live. Fixing only what is necessary, no travel fee, reasonable rates and 10% senior’s discount are much appreciated. ^_^

After reading all the reviews I decided to call Newtech to fix my washing machine. Amin arrived on time, he was courteous, he had the part with him so he didn't have to come back and his price was reasonable. The positive reviews were correct and I would recommend and use Newtech again.
