We have called upon Amin at Newtech on multiple occasions now for help with our appliances (they get a lot of use!) he is always very responsive, very accommodating and punctual. He has now helped with our Samsung dryer, two fridges and a stove! Thank you Amin for your help with all of this and the recommendations for new more reliable brands. Highly recommend to others. :)

I contacted Amin to help replace an old gas oven for a new one. Service appointment was booked the next day and communication/instructions were very clear & expedient. He came on time and was quickly able to complete the job.

Had dishwasher, fridge broke on me. Amin and team came promptly and accurately diagnosed the issue.

Our gas stove wouldnt stay at the proper temperature. We called Amin and he came within two days and replaced a faulty part. Great service, friendly and reasonably priced. We have used him before and will use him again for any future appliance repairs

Dryer stopped working just prior to the holidays. Didn't hesitate to call Newtech immediately as it is my 'go to' repair service for any sort of appliance malfunction (been a customer for 10+ years). They replaced the fuse and exhaust tube in under an hour. Always dependable and you can count on them to get the job done at a reasonable price.

William came several times to try and fix our wine fridge. He was extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the fridge only worked for a couple of days after repair due to a gas leak that was unrepairable. Even though it was not William's fault and he tried everything he could to fix the leak, NEWTECH Appliances returned a large fraction of the expenses. I was very impressed to see that NEWTECH Appliances stood behind their work!

Can see why there are so many 10/10 reviews. New Tech arrived early, fixed my Samsung Dryer quickly, and charged a very reasonable price for parts and labor. When your dryer heat goes, 9 times out of 10 it is the heating element that fried. They suspected that part was culprit, and even brought the replacement, just in case. My hat is off to Amin and his son, and they will be my first call, the next time one of my appliances fail. And, there will always be a next time. Always.

Amin came to fix my dryer almost immediately after I called. He found out why my dryer did not spin and fixed the problem by lining up the drum to the shaft at the back. He also found a cell phone (not mine) by the blower area and identified the source is from the vent outside my townhouse unit. He wrote a report and recommended the vent to be securely covered to prevent outside objects from entering my dryer. He's efficient, knowledable and wasted no time.
