Our Fridge Ice Maker had suddenly stopped working a couple of weeks ago. I was referred to Amin by my father in law to diagnose the problem. Amin was very professional; quickly found and fixed the issue at a very reasonable cost. He went out of his way in order to save us money when most others would have simply charged us for repairs and parts without any consideration. The Technician (Amin) was in my home to repair my dishwasher which was not draining, he made a good effort to get to my place on time. While he was repairing my dishwasher he kept me informed about the problem and he was able to finish the job in timely matter with very reasonable price. I would call him again for sure.

Our Range's electronic front panel stopped working and we couldn't use the oven.
We called Newtech Appliance Repair and Amin was in our home in 3 hours, he fixed it within 20 minutes and we were very satisfied with his service, knowledge and customer service.

The control panel in my frigidaire washer broke down and the machine would fill but not agitate or drain. I called Newtech and Amin was able to fit me in promptly, he was polite and explained things well. He was also able to find the best price for the part needed. I was only without my machine a couple of days and I couldn't be happier with the service I received.

My wife called NewTech today as our Fridge was not cold at all.Amin asked a few questions and arrived on time. He is very professional & had our Fridge up and running in a short time.Right on his estimate too ! Having just moved in to a new home there were a few issues with the appliances. Amin easily fixed the problem, solved a few problems with the water and stove, and is returning to adjust the wiring in the garburator to make it safe. He was very personable and best of all, fixed everything easily and quickly. I would recommend this company.

My drier broke at the inconvenient time. I run a day care from home so must do a load of laundry everyday. When I called Newtech I spoke with Amin. He was able to come the next morning and was very good. He was quick and the repair was done under 2 hours from the time he arrived. He even showed me what piece had broken and explained all costs before going ahead and fixing it. We will use this company again!

Amin responded promptly to my phone call and scheduled an appointment to assess the problem within 48 hours. He accurately assessed the situation, went to purchase the part and returned promptly to install the burnt out switch. He also tested my washer to make sure it was running well.

Given good advice on what I need to do to resolve the problem with my washer. Basically that I will need to buy a new one as the repairs will cost as much.

On the morning of May 30th, I called NewTech Appliance regarding a freezer problem. The Tech, Amin arrived a short time later. I explained that I had a problem with frost buildup in the freezer compartment and the fridge temperature seemed too warm. After removing the freezer back plate and defrosting the freezer, his diagnosis was a defective thermostat. The part was available in his truck and he informed me of the cost. Overall, my experience was positive, in fact very good. From placing the call, to having the freezer up and running in just over an hour. The freezer has been performing well through the weekend.
