Jackie from Gitson did a horrible job. They were supposed to replace the plywood and shingles on our roof. They came with 10 guys and finished the job in 1 day which should have been a warning sign. It turns out they charged us for replacing all of the wood but they didn't. The roof was still leaking so we went Into the attic as well as cutting a hole in the ceiling which revealed the original plywood mixed with new pieces. The original plywood had mold and was clearly rotting thanks to leaks but they put new shingles on the old wood which caused some of the roof to actually sink in. First they did not tell the truth and said they replaced all of the wood, then when we cut a hole in the ceiling to reveal the wood they didn't replace, they changed their story and refused to redo the roof properly. They cut corners and left old rotting wood underneath new shingles and they left holes in the roof where raccoons and squirrels were able to climb in and live in the roof. They refused to fix it and hung up the phone on us and when there's a problem noone seems to understand English all of a sudden. Ultimately we will have to sue them and I would not recommend them.

We had a small leak in the roof.
I didn't realize the roof was so old (probably 25 years)
- the ceiling on the top level was leaking
- the drywall fell over
- what started as a small problem started snowballing.
- with all the rain (june 2012) - the problem was even worse.

Gitson was supposed to do the work in a week - but came on a Friday night at 5:30 pm. They had 10 guys and did the job for me.

I'm satisfied - desperate situation but they didn't over charge me. Best quote I got.

I was actually referred by my mom - and a few other people are very happy with the job they did.

Even with the continued rain - no problems. Thank god.
