Double Garages beautifully built!
Grand Building put up two laneway garages with a shared wall between them as well as landscaped the backyard for us. The approximate cost above is the total for both buildings.
We counted ourselves extremely lucky to have come across them. Adam was conscientious, honest, straightforward, and incredibly diligent in his attention to detail, and there were several difficult challenges to do with grading and the amount of water in the area that he worked very hard to solve to our satisfaction.
When the inevitable delays happened on the project, we never felt abandoned or like we'd fallen off his radar in terms of all the projects on the go.
All the tradesworkers he brought to bear on this job were superb, in particular the guys who did the cement work - but nothing but good things to say about all of them.
