I installed a rimless glass rail around my deck as well as a picket railing down my 10 stairs. The product looks fantastic.
Customer service was excellent - both order desk and shipping department.
The written instructions were vague. The drawing of the post with glass was useless. It didn't show the detail of how the stops fit into it.
It would help if each part shipped had identifying part numbers on them and those numbers were referenced in the assembly instructions. I found it odd that there is a lengthy YouTube video showing how sturdy the railing system is but not one showing installation. As long as it meets code, that's all that matters. Assembly tips would be much more helpful in a YouTube.
