Delivery on time. Easy to install. Staffs are very friendly and best of all. It looks good and hope it is the last deck for me. It is hot in the sun but cool down quickly.

Quote process was efficient and easy with an accurate description of the finished product and the materials used. Lead time was about 7 weeks. Staff in Ajax were very friendly and helpful for final payment and pick-up. The instructions were very good and I am delighted with the finished railing on my deck.

We built a screened-in patio with timber framing… craft-built stackable windows were a great finishing touch. The windows installed easily and get compliments by all. The window materials arrived as specified with no deviation.

From the planning to the completion of this project the staff at Craft-Bilt were outstanding. We wanted an awning to shade our deck but didn't like the look of traditional awnings. Luckily we found the Craft-Bilt pergola. Ella and Bart were fantastic, providing us with so much guidance and information. Our space had a few unique challenges, available height being the major one and these employees helped make it work.

We were very happy with the quality of the system as well as the very detailed installation instructions that came with it. Installation took us a few days and blended beautifully with our existing rail system.

Every morning we roll out the canopy and close it up again in the evening. We are able to enjoy this outdoor space fully now that we have proper shade coverage. This pergola/canopy helps keep our whole house cooler and has added value to our home.

Just received my windows and can't wait to install them. My parents have had the same ones for over a decade and they still look brand new. If they can stand up to winters in the NWT, they will work any where.

Completely satisfied with this project from beginning to end. Gary worked with us to plan out everything. The Craft Bilt aluminum product looks great and promises to be durable with minimal maintenance. The finished product looks great and is very sturdy. Having a rock solid roof over the deck is a game changer. Gary is fantastic - very detail oriented, innovative, always on time, and the cleanup was thorough. Thanks to all who were involved!

Windows took some time getting here, however with Covid I understand.
Six windows on three sides of our Gazebo. They look great and very easy to install. Can't wait till spring to enjoy the room!
