I hired Erin Mills Roofing to remove a deteriorating chimney and to do some additional roof repair at a rental property of mine. They got the job done quickly, and the clean up was thorough. I was so impressed by the professionalism of the company, that I hired them to take down the chimney at my own home (before that I was trying to decide between tearing down or rebuilding).

I would not hesitate to recommend this company, and plan to use them again for any roofing work I need done.

We have had to use several roofing companies over the years to repair our roof whenever it was damaged by raccoons. Jerome has been by far the most reliable and trustworthy roofer we have had.
He is very professional and his work is meticulous.
He was very kind to place a temporary fix over the hole in the roof even before I agreed to the quote. I have no hesitation referring him and would call on him again for future roof jobs

We contacted Jerome at Erin Mills Roofing after a long and frustrating search to find a permanent solution to persistent wildlife issues in our soffit. We had received other quotes from other companies indicating repair/replacement of fascia. Jerome patiently explained the nature of the damage, and indicated there was NO reason to replace / repair fascia. Based on his honest assessment and billing, we paid $200 to complete work that other companies had provided inflated quotes at up to $830!!
The very kind, understanding, patient and professional Jerome visited our home, assessed the issue and proposed a workable solution - all before we had a face-to-face-meeting!!
After the wildlife made another entry accessed by an area outside of our property, we immediately contacted Jerome to help us with this new breach. Jerome again did a great job of securing this new area, and gave us a permanent and humane approach in sealing that area to prevent any further animal entry. We look forward to spending winter in our home without hearing the unwelcome pattering of little feet in our attic.
We gladly recommend Jerome hands-down for a job well done. Jerome, thank you for maintaining professionalism and honesty. Thanks to you we are now more aware of how to ask questions of contractors, and to request pictures as part of their estimate and work completed.

Jerome is a true gentleman and I highly recommend his company. He went above and beyond any requirements or expectations to repair my roof several times after raccoon damage. He is prompt, courteous, worked very cleanly, was very reasonably priced, and followed up by phone himself. No hesitation in recommending him as a person and roofer.

I live in a semi-detached and both sides needed to be striped down and reshingled. We got 5 or 6 quotes and called Jerome from a flyer we received in the mail. They were very competitive and Jerome and his crew showed up when they said they would. We ended up having 3 layers of shingles including the original shingles from 1937 when the house was bulit and Jerome actually showed us them and said they no longer made shingles that way. I have referred them to others and I believe you will not be able to find better quality or service than Elgin Mills. Thanks Jerome!!
