This company will leave your place hazardous
I contracted with this company for roof replacement, they gave nice prep talk, once work was started it was left to crew who did not speak english, they left my house in hazardous condition with roof nail piercing right through my both feet. Please added photo. They also threw turbine from my roof top and then put damaged turbine back and when I asked for them to come and fix it their response was unbelievable. I would recommend that there are a lot of roofing companies please verify your references before you assign any work to them.

In regards to Narendra’s review of our company, we are compelled to respond to say that what this customer has claimed is simply not true.
It was recommended that he change his turbine vent as it was quite old, as was his roof. He asked to keep it as it was, which we did. Later, he told us it was not turning as freely as it was before the new roof installation and he demanded that we “fix it”. We explained that there was nothing to fix, that it was in the same condition that it had been in previous to the new roof install … and that’s when he suddenly claimed that he had stepped on a nail that we had left behind. We were immediately suspicious of this claim, as it had been several days and it had not been mentioned up to then. Nevertheless, we went back to the property and did another thorough sweep of the property — no additional nails were found — and we wanted to see the injury that he was claiming to have. He wasn’t home then, or at any other of the several times we went back to see him. A couple days after the install, we DID see Narendra and he was walking around quite fine without any injury whatsoever. Narendra and his wife then began calling, demanding that we install a new turbine vent, threatening some action or other in regards to his ‘injury’ … which was of course a separate issue. Now he is saying — in the post above — that he injured “both feet”. In our opinion this is a blatant attempt to get a new turbine vent for free. We could do this easily of course, but giving in to what seems like blackmail is not something that we would feel right about.
We have over 500 new customers every year, the vast majority of whom would give glowing reviews of the work that we do. We take great pride in the quality of our work and of our guarantees and we feel it is very unfair to have Narendra’s post above published without response, so … this is our response. Thank You.
