He did PDI inspection for my new home which i bought recently from a builder. He professionally explained about Tarion warranty and PDI which i didn't know about it over the phone. He was on site earlier than appointment and complete the inspection in knowledgeable manor, he explained me all defects and then filled the warranty form for me. The PDI inspection is very important inspection, something that most people never pay enough attention to this. So many problems and deficiencies will stay with home for so many year till home is for sell and one inspector finds them at Pre purchase inspection. when you could have them fixed at first place by builder.
