Quick Blinds

We are very unhappy with this company. Terrible customer service and communication. Highly unprofessional - telling us people have been fired, asking us to make cheques out to an individual rather than the company.... We're still waiting on our order to be finished months later and getting no response from the company. The product itself seems to be of a lesser quality to other samples we've seen since . Our fault for not shopping around. We used them because of a Living Social offer and it was a big mistake.
Update May 2013 - they never came back to finish the job. No one ever responded to us and the product itself is falling apart.

We found Quick Blinds through Living Social as we needed new treatments for our
high windows and bay windows in our master bedroom.

Salesperson Klement was very helpful. Never pushy
but informative who helped us to find what we just needed.

We placed our order and the blinds were ready in timely manner which was just before
the long weekend. Erwin (I hope I'm spelling his name correctly) remembered that
we mentioned we would love to have ours installed as early
as possible as the bare high windows were getting the house so hot.
Him and his crew member came out on the long weekend Saturday to install the blinds.
He said he didn't want us to suffer in heat through another weekend.
What a thoughtful gesture!
Quick blinds was punctual on all of their appoitments which we really appreciated as a busy family.

I do not remember when the last time I wrote a review on anything, but I feel that I would
write one today to show our appreciation towards their hard work.
We are enjoying our high quality roller blinds every day, we have passed their name to our friends
who just moved. We would definitely recommend this company to whoever would like a recommendation.
