Install Modified Bitumen roofing and new parapet cap

Roofing review in Ottawa

Company came in considerably lower than other quotes. Initially did a good job on mod bit (a bit late) and we paid with a holdback for the cap. Never completed the cap and had to have another contractor complete the job.
