Honest contractor! I have heard many people talk about the precariousness of renovations and finding good people. Everything from shoddy workmanship to downright rip-off - there are shows about this on TV all the time. I too am a contractor and I wouldn't want poor service as I don't give it!
Ours was a fair sized project. In discussing this with Simone she didn't have any concern about accommodating us on it. Due to finances, the first leg of the renovation entailed one bedroom. She handled this perfectly. Seeing the fantastic change we quickly figured out the finances and she started the full basement renovation.
With Simone's ability and knowledge she guided us through many situations as to what should be done. This was very desirable.
As I do brickwork for a living (Shane Oake Brick Mason) and know little about renovating the inside of a house. I didn't want to fumble through our first big renovation. Simone helped us every step of the way and didn’t allow that to happen! She actually did the work - no stream of sub-contractors through the house. I am sure this had an impact on the price too.
The basement was already partially renovated before we took over the house. This didn’t mean much. She could have made a show about past bad work as she discovered many non-standard / out-code actions. Due to her knowledge and ability she negotiated the pitfalls of the inferior work and handled all aspects thoroughly. I commend her for this.
Simone is one of the good ones. She is a knowledgeable and an able renovator. I have not hesitated to recommend Simone - Infinite Flooring and Renovations - to anybody. She does great work. I will have her renovate the other aspects of my home in due time. Thanks Simone. Best, Shane Oake
