The owner, Rene, installed a shower head and new controls in our bath. He did not tell us that the water pressure would make the bath unusable. He also left us with a dripping shower head and tap and cheap controls that feel like they are going to snap. We paid him, as he was trusted by my mother, but when I asked him to come back and fix the bath he gave me a quote for over $3000 to fix what he had already done. In the end he was very rude and insulting and he never fixed what he had done. I would definitely not recommend him.

Company Response: Tub control needed new hot/cold lines due to a old calv. plumbing house have, owner took that proposed work out in a beginning- did'nt wanna spend on that, She asked to replace just control. Old line hase a poor pressure. That is not gonna fix pressure problem and was mentioned to her.
New quote was going back to first price she got- not regarding any work done.(2600.00) Last but not least it was offered to get things done for no cost, but she refused, so am I rude? Some folks just twisting every word and have no glue whats all involved.If you can't afford it in a first place - then don't demand it after. Trades should be carefu going there. Regards!
