i had some worse experience with the unprofessional guys who visited me last years. They were not half as much experts as they boasted over the phone. Anyways, my experience of Furnace and Ac Direct has offset the bad experience this year. Couple of days back when my humidifier broken down and i was in hast to get them fix by any reliable company, incidentally, my neighbor told me about his past experience of Furnace And Ac Direct. it was quite positive, so i didn't take time to pick the phone and ask the guy to get me a technician. He came in and did the job in a manner that was quite satisfiable and professional.
