R&R Restorations & Renovations Ltd. No Longer In Business

We hired this company to do our bathroom reno this past summer.
So many things went horribly wrong. They subcontracted an awful plumbing company. They took many shortcuts. Everything that could go wrong, did.
Six months past our reno... we had a leak, opened up the ceiling and found pipes not attached to anything, seals not glued, bath tub tiles not matching, baseboard corners cut, drywall bumps and endges etc etc.
Now we have to spend a couple thousand for another company to come fix their work. Very disappointed.

We are very pleased with the work done by R&R Restorations and Renovations.
The work was done on time, safely, and to our complete satisfaction.
Our final bill was exactly as quoted.

I have used R & R Restorations on three of my houses over the last 4 years, from small jobs like replacement of railings and columns to the current major complete renovation of house. I have a construction background and all the work that they have done for me has been well done and well thought out. I am very fussy about how I like things done, I do not like short cuts or shoddy work, they have met all my expectations, and in some instances exceeded my expectations.

FANTASTIC company from quote through to completion of the job. The crew were fast, friendly, professional and extremely detail oriented. They cleaned up after the installation of the new pillars (and removal of the old ones) completely. We are 100% satisfied and will use this company again for other interior renovations. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

PS. You can get pillars from the big box stores but compared to the R&R product, they are junk ... This is your home we are talking about .... We will never have to replace the pillars again!

We have seen R&R work on other homes in our area and they came highly recommended by a neighbour of ours who also works in the home renovation business .
They were able to do the job within a week of us signing the contract and it was done on tine and very professionally .

The balconey was beginning to sag in the middle and I could see mould coming in to the house I just had baby and the room was for my baby I check R&R 's work plus 4 other quotes R&R had the best work and professionalism it was a pleasure to work with them.

Our front porch and balcony had rotted throughout and we contacted a number of contractors for a quote. Ray was the most professional, thorough and customer-centric of everyone we talked with. Their commitment to not only quality but making sure their work met our expectations was something I have never experienced with contractors in my 46 years. Everyone on the R&R team demonstrated the same outlook as well. We're very extremely happy with the work and would use R&R again in a second.

The crew, James and Davis, arrived on time, were professional and completed the job with high attention to detail and thoroughness. We are very pleased with the job that they did.
