The furnace was purchased last 2014 and it was installed by Sun Vally HVAC and the furnace is under a coverage of LABOR ONLY under the insurance company Climate shield with the big certificate and in the certificate the big number 403-508-2593 for repair service.. I called the number many times and it is SUN VALLY HVAC and its just keep ringing and no one answered but a voice messaging that is already full and you cant leave a message. I have a baby and I need the furnace to be fix and finally I already contact them and told them the problem and when they found out that the furnace was under a coverage they said I still have to pay and they told me to contact the insurance company and the insurance company told me that they can't fix my furnace and I have to call the SUN VALLY HVAC to fix and I called again the SUN VALLY HVAC people but NO ONE ANSWER my call and NEVER CALL ME BACK even though I called them many times knowing that I have my BABY in the house and that made me cry for feeling sorry to my baby and so we are wearing winter suite inside the house for two days and decided to contact another company and tell the stories that we have experienced to this kind of company to our friends and family.
