We paid a lot of money to have our roofing and siding redone. West quality sent a crew of 2 guys to do our roof. One of them was 16 years old. They installed our ridge capping crooked and left garbage and nails everywhere. I had to climb up on my ladder to reinstall the evestrough and our neighbours a/c unit was full of nails and their cover was wrecked. The siding went ok, but they installed something we did not ask for. They wanted to charge us an extra $1000 but we negotiated that to only $500 approx. They left our back light hanging loose by the wires and I had to put that back on my own. They installed our fence panel upside down when they left and forgot to do the chimney on the roof with hardie. Another roofer who is our neighbour came by and told us 8 months after it was done. We called them and they said they would be out the next week to finish it up. They kept telling us they would be out the next week, and then the next. It ended up taking a phone call to them and saying we were going to call the better business burea before they came by and finished almost an month a half later. When the bin for the siding was taken away, they chipped our concrete in the driveway. Overall we are happy with the finished product, but the constant double checking of their work by us makes me think there are better options out there to have the work done.

Our clients are the heart of our business and we do feel there was a miscommunication about the timelines and scope of the project. We understand you’re disappointed that we left debris around your home after the job was finished, we always clean up afterward, but you didn’t want us in your backyard with all the dog feces.
